For you that have never tried sea kayaking, or have paddled a little bit and want to develop and feel safer in the kayak.
Contents: We will go through a variety of rescue techniques, paddle techniques, safe and effective maneuvering of the kayak, seamanship, safe and ergonomical paddling.

For you that wants to further develop as a sea kayaker.
Contents: We'll go deeper into the technical skills, with both regards to paddling technique as well as safety. This will be done in calm waters but we will touch upen tougher conditions.

For you that has done the Basic Course and Technique Course, and want to qualify as a NPF Sea Kayak Instructor.
This course is held at Kapp Linné furtherst out in Isfjorden. There we expect challenging conditions with more wind and waves, breaking against a rocky coastline.
